Why I Chose These 5 Strengths

Arranger: I chose Arranger because I like taking several responsibilities or moving pieces and figuring out how they can work together. When I am balancing school, work, and personal goals, I naturally think about what needs to happen first and what can be adjusted if something changes. This helps me stay organized without getting overwhelmed when plans do not go perfectly.

Competition: Competition fits me because I like having a goal to work toward and seeing how much I can improve. I am motivated by doing better than I did before, whether that is in school, at work, or while learning a new skill. It pushes me to put in extra effort instead of settling for something that is only good enough.

Discipline: Discipline is important to me because progress usually comes from consistently doing the work, even on days when I would rather put it off. Having routines helps me keep up with deadlines and responsibilities. I try to follow through on what I say I will do because people depend on me to be reliable.

Empathy: I chose Empathy because I try to pay attention to how other people are feeling instead of assuming I already know what they need. It helps me communicate better and be more understanding when someone is stressed, frustrated, or going through something difficult. I think listening first can make a big difference in both relationships and teamwork.

Strategic: Strategic fits me because I tend to look ahead and think about different ways a situation could turn out. I like making a plan, but I also like having backup options if the first plan does not work. This helps me make better decisions about long-term goals instead of only focusing on what is easiest in the moment.

Strength I Want to Develop Further: The strength I want to develop further is Strategic. I want to become even better at planning ahead, noticing possible problems early, and choosing the best path toward my long-term goals. I can improve it by setting clearer goals, breaking them into smaller steps, and regularly reviewing what is working and what needs to change.
